Way more fun than I expected
Bought this mostly as a joke gift for my wife and it ended up being one of our favorite date nights. How does the personalized puzzle work?
You upload a photo you love, choose your bundle and we print your photo onto a 300-piece jigsaw puzzle. When it arrives, put it together piece by piece and watch your memory appear.
How do I upload my photo?
In the Make It Yours step, tap Upload photo and pick an image from your phone or computer (JPG, PNG or WebP). You’ll see a preview straight away and can replace or remove it before adding to cart. A sharp, well-lit original photo gives the best result.
Can I order puzzles using different photos?
Yes. Each puzzle in a bundle has its own upload, so every puzzle can have a different photo. If you’d like the same photo on more than one, use the “Use Puzzle 1 photo” button.
How does the three-puzzle gift bundle work?
Choose The Memory Gift Bundle, upload a photo for each of your three puzzles and one more for your bonus mini puzzle. While the offer is running, the personalized mini puzzle is added to your cart free of charge — you’ll see it at €0.00 before you pay.
What happens if I upload the wrong photo?
Before checkout, simply remove the item from your cart and add it again with the right photo. If you’ve already placed your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.
